I expected it to be a boring day. I learned that I am actually very unfair to my mom. It was a very safe space because everyone came here for the same reason. Talking to another parent really helped. It was like if you can tell a stranger, why cannot you tell your mom? I feel a lot closer to my mom and even my brother. I was surprised at how much positive change came out of this. I enjoy the experience because I think I will change for the better for this. Note to Jack: You were a very good, enthusiastic instructor. Thank you.
